    We have an outstanding opportunity to join the PowerNet team in the rewarding role of HSE Compliance and Assurance Manager based in our Invercargill office.

    As the HSE Compliance and Assurance Manager you will be responsible for driving operational discipline through auditing, inspecting and observing field teams to ensure standardisation, identification and implementation of improvement initiatives, incident management and coaching.

    Experience/Knowledge and Skills:
    • 3+ years’ experience in H&S at Snr Advisor/Manger level.
    • Hold a current drivers licence
    • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, relate to people at all levels, and to build and maintain relationships.
    • H&S Auditing experience and the ability to coach and influence people to ensure safety is front of mind.
    • Advanced computer skills and experience in write reports and trainings.
    • Diploma in Health and Safety L6 or equivalent (NEBOSH).
